Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Educational Downloads

At Tatheer Software Solutions (tatheer.life), we offer digital publications, research essays, downloadable guides, and online consultation services. Due to the immediate digital nature of these products upon successful payment completion, the following cancellation and refund guidelines apply:

  • Digital Downloads: Payments for instant digital downloads or educational PDFs are generally non-refundable once the file download link has been dispatched or accessed.
  • Duplicate Charges: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in double charging or multiple payments for a single order, a 100% refund of the duplicate payment will be issued automatically upon verification.

2. Service Consultations & Educational Support Contributions

If you have booked a custom technology consultation or contributed towards our educational work:

  • Cancellation Request: You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time for a full refund.
  • Failed Service Delivery: If a scheduled session is canceled by Tatheer Software Solutions, you will receive a 100% refund or an option to reschedule.

3. How to Initiate a Refund Request

To request a refund for a duplicate transaction or eligible cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@tatheer.life with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID / Payment ID]".
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, transaction date, payment receipt screenshot, and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via PayPal.
  • The refund amount will reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
